I have been a customer of this business since 2011. I have always been treated with respect. They are good with their appointment time as I seldom wait more than 5 minutes. The hearing aids work well for me and they always explain my hearing test results and readjust my device programming as necessary

Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude to Dr. Miller. I thought my old hearing aids were as good as I was going to get, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Dr. Miller has helped me hear surroundings I’d forgotten existed. I have complete one-sided hearing loss which can affect your balance as well. Something as simple as turning in a circle was difficult and being able to do that now, without falling or catching myself, made me cry.
I can have a conversation in a crowd and not feel lost because I couldn’t understand the words. I’m hearing small motors running, birds, my little dog snoring, radios on low in another room, people with soft voices, all the noises I forgot. Anyone with hearing loss completely understands what I’m saying. From my heart, Thank you Dr. Miller, and your staff for their kindness.

I was treated as if I knew nothing about hearing loss. Everything was explained to me in a language I could understand. She was was very honest and told me that if the hearing aids didn’t feel like they were doing anything for me, I could return them and get all of my money back except for $200. She explained why, which sounded logical to me.
Dr. Davidson was very nice and great at explaining everything. I look forward to her help with my new hearing aids and helping me hear better!
The entire office was so helpful during a difficult time. I experienced sudden total deafness in one ear. Dr. Miller was not pushy and guided me through several different options. She even referred me to another doctor so that I could make the best decision for my condition.

Thank you to Dr. Cathy Miller for her expertise. We wish we had come to her sooner for my moms hearing loss. Dr. Miller was able to help her hear with her aides. Where the place she got the sides from (Hearing Life) sold her aides but did not have the knowledge of how to make them work optimally to hear with them. Please spread the work to go to a Doctor of Audiology and not just a person who sells hearing aides or claims to be a hearing aide specialist. Doctors Hearing Care has the doctors in audiology.
Best hearing test EVER! The doctor patiently and thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. I've had many standard hearing tests over the decades, all of which showed that my hearing was normal. This test measures your understanding speech in environments with lots of other talking going on (restaurants, church parish halls, watching TV, etc.). While my hearing still tests in the normal range, the hearing aids I'm usng have improved my ability to understand the conversation that I care about. I couldn't be more pleased.
The practitioner informed me on exactly what would be happening during the hearing test and the results. I had such a clear understanding about my hearing and hearing deficiencies. I was extremely impressed that the Dr gave me an understanding of the process. A really great group of medical professionals!

I went to Doctors Hearing Care yesterday to be treated for tinnitus. I spent a great deal of time with Dr. Pollock as we discussed and she evaluated my condition.
She was extremely pleasant, courteous and delightful to interact with. She was very informative with her conversation with me and she was also a engaged and compassionate listener as I shared my concerns. She demonstrated great understanding of tinnitus and was able to calm the fears I have associated with that condition.
The hearing test she administered was very thorough and was able to provide confidence to me. The profiling questions she asked also helped me understand my coping mechanisms for tinnitus. She was also able to provide additional education and suggestions to help me not be debilitated by my condition.
Not all health care professionals demonstrate a high degree of personal care and connection, but Dr. Pollock far exceeded my expectations and I was well pleased with the outcome of my visit with Doctors Hearing Care.

Dr. Brennemen was fantastic. She explained everything very clearly and concisely, and she answered all of my questions wonderfully. I felt comfortable talking to her about my thoughts and concerns, and Dr. Brennemen didn’t make me feel embarrassed for my lack of knowledge. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
They went out of their way to help me obtain hearing aids. The Dr there explained things to me about the damage of my hearing that no other Dr has. I've been to an ENT and his suggestion was a tube. My hearing diminished quite a bit after that.

For 2 months and several office visits, we worked at dialing in the new Resound Linx hearing aids.
Although I decided to hold off on my decision to proceed, Dr. Cathy was just as gracious about my decision and helpful in advising me as to other possibilities that might work well in the future.
I initially made my appointment when a friend recommended her and I will also continue to encourage others, if in need for advise or direction with hearing devises and excellent follow through care, to make an appointment.
